Many of the other consultants have worked as personal service contractors for USAID and also have a thorough knowledge of USAID processes and procedures. Almost all of the consultants have more than 20 years of international development experience, and seventy percent have worked in this field for more than 30 years.
The consultants have lived and worked in 146 countries, including 45 in Africa, 29 in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union, 31 in Latin America and the Caribbean, 26 in Asia, and 15 in the Middle East. They are fluent in 28 different languages.
